Metal Gift process

Our Capability For Metal Gift:

1.       Sculpturing mold

  Often our customers send us AI artwork. Our mold department will use the AI artwork to Sculpture mold in CNC machine

2.       Die-casting

Worker need to put metal material into the die-casting machine to get the prototype  

3.       Coloring

Worker need to fill color into the prototype per customer’s artwork  

4.       Polishing

    Worker need to polish the prototype to make the rough selvedge disappear 

5.       Plating

    When the metal craft finish the color filling and polishing,then need to plate, usually plate gold,silver,antique

6.       Printing

At the last step before finishing product, if some pattern need to print, worker need to print the pattern on the metal craft

7.       Packaging

Packaging designs are crucial to the protection of both the visual value & functions of the products.  A good packaging design boosts sales for sure!
